In preparing to invade Britain, the German military preparations included the production of a series of military/geographical assessments, showing what might be found by those arriving. This material was also used in a military evaluation of the regions of the British Isles, and considered each from the viewpoint of invasion.
Each assessment includes maps, photographs and text.
We have material for Mappe A to Mappe N, but have only catalogued Mappe B so far.

The soft card slipcases for B2 and B3 are sound, but that for B1 is split down one side.
All items are in good clean condition, if occasionally slightly dusty in places, and might have a few light pencil annotations.
Overall, a good bright set, £485.
Similar material was produced for other countries. We have a lot of such studies which have yet to be catalogued. The format is similar to that for the British Isles and prices will be similar to those on this website.
