Ordering
Please order by item number, and a brief description of the item, preferably by telephone between 08.30 and 20.00 hours, Monday to Friday, and 09.00 to 13.00 hours Saturday. We do have email but cannot guarantee to check it at weekends.
All invoices over £30 will be insured (cost 50p) to give added protection. Items are sent at the customer’s risk.
Postage is charged at cost. Normal packing is free.
Known customers are asked to pay on receipt of goods; new customers will receive a pro-forma invoice. Please do not send money or cheque with orders.
Customers paying in currencies other than £ Sterling will be asked to pay £10.00 towards currency conversion costs.
Items may be returned within seven days of receipt if the customer is not satisfied with their condition.
