These are found in the lower corners of each sheet, and appear as a quantity and year, 3000/27. Only the last code is given here.

Cover codes
The standard cover illustration by Ellis Martin, is of a motorcyclist standing at a signpost reading a map, either in blue and black, (code SC), or the same in brown and black (code BR).
