Print codes used
These are found in the lower left corner of each sheet. They consist of a letter, with or without bars underneath. The bars indicate significant changes. On this website Edition letters are shown as A/, instead of A.
Cover codes
Four styles of cover were used, blue and buff (code BB), blue and white (code BW), black and white design on Great Britain outline (code GB) and all blue laminated (code AB).
